First, go to "Site Management"

Click "Settings" on the left, then select "Notification Service"

Click "Integrations Management"

Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of "email" to configure the sender
The bug icon on the left is used to test email sending/receiving after configuration

- Default Settings Warning:
The configuration page opens with default settings. Modifying configurations may cause email sending failures. Test thoroughly after changes.

- Security & Port Requirements:
- Security can only be set to

or false

- When using port 465, security must be set to

- Authorization Codes for Gmail/163:
Gmail and 163 accounts cannot use passwords directly; you must obtain an authorization code instead. Specific requirements vary by email provider.
